Todd was born and raised right here in the Ozarks. He’s been in the remodeling industry since 1995, and went specifically into the bathroom industry in 2008. He was a Division manager for a national bathroom franchise, but his heart was in having his own local business. Todd partnered with Patrick in 2012 to launch LifeMark Bath & Home by 2013. When Todd isn’t working he enjoys being outside with his 3 dogs (KC, Chief, & Mizzie) and is a diehard NFL fan (Go Chiefs!)

Patrick also lived in the Ozarks his entire life. He was the marketing consultant for a national wholesaler for 18 years when his friend of 20+ years approached him about starting a bathroom remodeling company together. Pat always had a dream of owning his own business – his grandfather was the pioneer entrepreneur of the family and owned an auto body shop that still exists today. So, in 2012 he jumped into business with Todd to start LifeMark Bath & Home! Outside of work Patrick’s life is ruled by baseball and cheerleading – He has 2 teenagers that he adores!

Tim grew up in Kentucky and ended up in Southern Missouri when he joined the remodeling industry in 2000. He started working with Todd doing only bathroom remodels in 2007. Coincidentally Tim was the person that trained Todd! When that company closed their doors Tim came to work with Todd and Patrick at LifeMark and has been there from the beginning. When Tim isn’t working with our customers he’s hanging out with his wife and 3 kids and his home life is consumed with band and orchestra.

Since Todd and Pat came together to create LifeMark, they’ve seen nothing but growth. Their vision was to create a remodeling company that you can trust and does high quality work, not one that has the biggest bottom line. This philosophy was so profound that within their first year in business they were nominated for a Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Market Place Ethics! So far it’s been a wonderful ride, and they can’t wait to serve even more customers in the future.
